REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, Globalyze Services follows a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced.

No Refund Clause

Once payment is made and service execution has started, no refunds will be provided, including for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Change of business plans

  • Platform-related limitations (e.g., policy changes)

  • Delays caused by client-side inputs

Before Service Start

If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion, after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication are considered a violation of our terms and may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Legal action if required

  • Permanent blacklisting of the client

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
